Wasn’t sure I needed all the features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this on a recommendation from a friend. I wasn’t sure I needed all the features. BUT it was money well spent. It gives me peace of mind of knowing who is coming and going at our shared condo - family, friends, cleaners, condo reps etc... It took me a couple minutes to figure out the app and now I find super easy to use.

Amazing deadbolt

Makes our home feel like a smart home now not having to carry around keys. Feels sturdy and very secure as well which is a huge pro when installing a new deadbolt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 of these Encode smart locks. The second was to replace the first that lasted 3 years. The look angunction are great. Only issue is cold weather. When ever the temp outside drops below 30 F it will not respond or turn off. The replacement one is only a month old and is already giving me the cold shoulder weather issue.The smart function is really nice.Always have your key with you ;)
