Connecting is ridiculous!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I'd probably give the lock a 4+ rating if it would connect seamlessly to a router and then have an app that doesn't make you want to throw your phone at the floor!!! This is a wifi lock so no matter how amazing the lock itself is, everything else should be just as good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not Very Reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Constantly disconnecting from WiFi Network, this a big problem because it requires you to be at the location to reprogram again. There is no fix other than deleting the lock from the app and then adding it back again like a new lock. This has happened to us 3 times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Solid Keyless Deadbolt

Both lock on their own if left unattended and I've had no issues engaging or disengaging the lock when needed. Would highly recommend as a starter for anyone looking to use smart locking devices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Builder installed. Sometimes disconnects from WiFi or the batteries are loose. Somewhat defeats the purpose since I always have to keep my keys with me just in case I come back and it’s “not on”
