[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Batteries go out too quickly. Replacing so many batteries gets expensive and the lock doesn't work reliably.

The app was easy paired right to the phone set up on Wi-Fi one of the better locks in the industry and the batteries last longer than the other competitors in my finding as a professional installer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Encode lock we invested in looked well built when we saw it in the store. We chose this model to match the style of our house and other exterior accessories. After the self installation, we learned how easy it was to set-up and use the lock. It fit like a direct replacement to our old lock. The multiple code features are great to have allowing workers to come in and provide pest control access while we’re at work. No needing to be home just to let them in. Our older kids can come by when I they want and not have to remember to have the key. The lock looks great, easy to use daily, and perfect for our busy household.
