Don’t let it run out of batteries

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the last 4.5 yrs it had been working great and just recently the batteries ran out and it took me about a week to replace them, but once I did it had completely reset itself and it wouldn’t connect to my new wifi. I attempted several time for a couple of days until I got frustrated and left it alone and started using the key. My kids kept getting locked out because they’re not responsible enough to keep the key with them at all times. Finally last night I concentrated on trying to program the key pad again and after several attempts I was able to connect to the WiFi again and get going. Hopefully it continues to work as before and I never have to deal with the same issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The app works wonderfully with Android. The ease of the app is great and is user-friendly with features. The lock itself works perfect. Our lock was provided with our home purchase and we are almost a year in and have not had any issues with disconnection or use. I love that you can set separate codes and turn them on and off on a schedule!

So easy and helpful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this lock on our rental cabin and it’s simplified entry to so many different people without sharing the save code. Plus it lets us monitor when people are coming and going. The biggest benefit is knowing when our cleaning people and maintenance people are there and how long they were there.
