Don’t let it run out of batteries

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the last 4.5 yrs it had been working great and just recently the batteries ran out and it took me about a week to replace them, but once I did it had completely reset itself and it wouldn’t connect to my new wifi. I attempted several time for a couple of days until I got frustrated and left it alone and started using the key. My kids kept getting locked out because they’re not responsible enough to keep the key with them at all times. Finally last night I concentrated on trying to program the key pad again and after several attempts I was able to connect to the WiFi again and get going. Hopefully it continues to work as before and I never have to deal with the same issue.
