Great Lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced old locks with this one. Works great and usimg the app I can add, delete, change settings along with get alerts anytime the door is unlocked/locked with which code was used. Only drawback is the manual instictioms to add/delete codes should be included in the box as it is a chore to track them down online.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this lock for the remote WiFi features such as allowing long distance access and programming temporary codes for repairmen to enter. These features were a straightforward setup through the app and the app makes using the locks features simple.

Use Encode for all my BnBs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use Encode for all my Bnbs to help me track access to my homes: guests, cleaning and maintenance, deliveries, etc. I have a dozen locks and have had trouble with 2 of them: condensation collected inside the lock housing and shorted the locks out. They went completely dead. Fortunately, Schlage replaced them for me. An upgraded feature I would like to see on the locks is remote connection to WiFi. If my WiFi disconnects due to a storm or power failure, I am unable to re-connect the WiFi through the app (remotely). I have to physically go to the location to reconnect the smartlock to WiFi. That is not always feasible and so my lock is rendered almost useless for future guests until I can get there in person to re-connect. All in all, I will continue to use Encode because it interfaces well with my lock control software.
