Didn’t disappoint at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this based on earlier reviews and it didn’t disappoint at all. easy to install and setup and the app is very user friendly. The ability to schedule PINs also enhances the security. It is easy to setup on WiFi and was compatible with my new door. All in all a solid lock.

Big upgrade moving from Schlage Connect to Encode

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded from a Schlage Connect to the Encode. This lock is installed on a vacation rental property that I own. The Encode is a big improvement over the old Connect! I love that no WiFi adapter is required. I also like that when the door is unlocked, I get a notification telling me which code was used to unlock it. I also like that there is a lock symbol on the keypad which makes it clear for my guests how to lock the door. The old lock you had to push the word Schlage at the top of the keypad. It is also so much easier to see the numbers on the keypad than my old lock.

It was very easy to install, even without prior experience, and the setup through the app was quick and straightforward.
One of my favorite features is the ability to create multiple access codes. It makes it so convenient for house sitters, guests, or family members without needing to hand out physical keys. The remote access is also a huge plus—I can lock or unlock the door from anywhere and check the status at any time, which gives great peace of mind.
On top of the functionality, it looks really clean and modern on the door. It has a classy design that blends well with the home’s exterior.
Overall, it’s a reliable, user-friendly smart lock that offers both convenience and security. Highly recommend!
