Lock great, APP sucks. Unable to use smart feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lock was easy to install, looks nice, functions well, BUT, the app and any “smart” functionality is useless. When I try to sign in it’ll say password or email doesn’t match. If I choose forgot password, it sent me a validation code ONCE. Then said validation code expired after I immediately entered it. Have not been able to get it to send another. Deleted and reinstalled app. Nothing. After trying for several days now I’ve given up.
