Extremely frustrated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this lock for second home in another state. Initially worked. Was unable to move in immediately due to medical issues. Attempted to control lock through application and google home a month after installation. It had disconnected from wi-fi. Was able to get to the house a few months later. When I attempted to use the code I added it did not work. The initial security codes also did not work. I had to factory reset it and then the factory codes worked. I attempted to reconnect it to wi-if after the reset and it still won’t connect. A lot of trouble for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After alot of research i final selected this lock. I Love the product. Game changer it allows me to make sure house is lock, no matter where i am. Also allows me to let guest in as needed. Sorry I waited so long to get it. Works great with Ring security system.
