[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Relatively easy to connect to Amazon Alexa. Step-by-step guides were helpful. getting the inside and outside plates aligned during installation was difficult, as they wanted to torque in opposite directions.

Third Time Is a Charm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased three of these locks over the vast two years. The first two died the same way where the keypad failed within 10 months. This most recent one, purchased and installed today works as well as the other two but I remain concerned about it lasting the full three years. Funny, I recall buying locks in the past that would last 20 years or more. Perhaps this technically is the juice that’s not worth the squeeze.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The most install was easy. Connecting with the app was a little bit of a pain. Had to change some settings for it to connect. Once connected programming was easy and overall the lock looks very nice.

Quiet loving mechanism. Unlock with your phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took 5 minutes to install and another 5 to program synching it to my wifi was a breeze and customizing the settings through the app was very user friendly. It’s much more quiet than our old lock and the deadbolt feels much more secure. Couldn’t be happier
