It's decent, good lock nice features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a locksmith It's a nice lock witg good features, built pretty solid, but I had a few customers complaining about the battery drains very fast and need to change them every month.
Other then that had one time that lock failed to work after 2 years.
Overall gave 3 because can't be trusted for long run and battery issues sometimes.
But when it's working the features are great and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that I am able to access my lock remotely and be able to let family in even if I'm not home. I can also look at the app to make sure that the door is locked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got tired of forgetting our keys and having to break into our own house. I also have a history of failed DIY projects. Yet, this was easy to install, looks great and works well.
