Could use some improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this smart deadbolt to be used on a beach front condo. Being beach front the atmosphere is brutal for anything metal. The lock has held up very well in the elements but keypad seems to have issues and just stops working. I have recently installed the fourth unit in five years. The last lock I installed was provided free of charge so I have to say the support is excellent.
