Great but…..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the lock. It works great. I have had trouble with it connecting to the WiFi though. I got it to connect once and since I have changed my WiFi company I have yet to get it to connect. It really is a wonderful lock, other than the problem I am running into. I know others have the lock and have no trouble with the WiFi. I might have a problem with mine, or maybe it has a problem connecting with the hardware I have?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s fine when it works. I’ve had to use my physical key a number of times as the outside keypad will be unresponsive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
