Great lock. Difficult to connect to WiFi

I love being able to see who is using it and have a time history. I can change codes easily and add a code quickly.
I go through 4 batteries every 6 months… so I do have to check that. It seems to stay connected very well. When I had a problem connecting an additional lock to wi-fi, I called support and they worked with me until the problem was fixed. I will buy another.

Great but…..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the lock. It works great. I have had trouble with it connecting to the WiFi though. I got it to connect once and since I have changed my WiFi company I have yet to get it to connect. It really is a wonderful lock, other than the problem I am running into. I know others have the lock and have no trouble with the WiFi. I might have a problem with mine, or maybe it has a problem connecting with the hardware I have?
