Sad because I like them but I have to be able to use a code to get the door open.

Easy install, great management app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation and initial set up are easy. The lock came with our house but have since installed 2 replacements and one on our beach place. I love the app to manage the locks, 2 different places, one easy app. Ot is a solid product.
Only gave it a 4 out of 5 because the durability seems an issue. Have gone through 3 locks on our home in 6 years. Granted, it gets TONS of use as this is a busy house, but I would have hoped to get longer useful life out of the product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the accessibility
