Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does everything it says i.just wish it wasn't so iphone biased it works with Android but there are features on iPhone not available on Android like unlocking when your phone is close.

Works great until it doesn’t

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Encode smart deadlock is perfect for use in my Airbnb condo. I can remotely access the lock to set up client access codes and can monitor activity if needed.
In the past 5 years the lock has stopped working on several occasions and was replaced once while under warranty and a second time just after the warranty expired. I would still recommend the lock but would also recommend having an emergency key and lockbox near your door.
