A fancy Disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I’ve moved into this brand and newly built home I am now coming up on my second issue with this lock. The first time I was shipped a new one when it stopped working and this go around brand new lithium batteries will NOT work and it keeps reading that they have zero charge and I’m back to using the lock regularly with a key. One evening I was actually locked out of my front door because the lock wouldn’t budge. I was so excited to have a keypad lock that I could control from my ring app. Thus far it has been a fancy disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how all kids have their own code as well as it locking behind them at our set time. Also I can look on the app to make sure door is locked!

Worked for years but has degraded
