Solid built, easy installation. However, one thing I’d like to point out is that the connectivity of the wifi is not very stable from the very beginning but after the firmware update it seemed a bit better…otherwise a solid 5 star product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has allowed me to empty my pockets of extra keys, ensure my house is safe when I’m away, and let friends and family remotely with the click of a button. I will never go back to a standard deadbolt!

Great Lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock is easy to use and has excellent security!! Battery life is decent considering how it functions. Only wish is for a rechargeable battery pack. Overall it’s a very well built product!!

My pin pad does not work

Now the pin pad doesn't work. I have spent hours and hours trying to fix it and we gave up on it now. Probably the most disappointing product in our house.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
