[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced another brand that was eating batteries. Schlage is working well. 2 weeks since installation and batteries at 96%. Lock working well and staying connected to Wi-Fi. Have another Schlage Wi-Fi lock that has been working well for several years with long battery life. Highly recommend these locks.

It works until it doesn’t.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks nice and works well when it works. I’m on my second one after 4 years because the old one started killing batteries and then took 10045 attempts to power on after the batteries were replaced… assuming board short. New one works perfect like the old one did at first- hoping for more longevity this time.

Best lock I’ve ever installed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my Schlage Encode!! Very simple installation, complete with video. I was able to remove my old deadbolt locks and have my Schlage Encode installed, connected to wi-fi and programmed in under 15 minutes. The app is easy to navigate and use. Easy to add users or change or delete codes. So satisfied with my lock I bought 2 more, now have all of my exterior deadbolts secure and operating on the Schlage app.
Another nice feature: no more getting down the road and wondering, did I lock the door? I can check the locks on the app and not only see their status, but lock them remotely if I forgot. Love this product!!
