[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to set up and use. Very convenient to access without keys and to set up codes for guests or service calls. Only downside is that it has issues with getting firmware updates

Exactly what we needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our key locks were not easy to unlock anymore so it was time for an upgrade. After doing some research we found that Encode would be the best fit for our needs. It was easy to install and works great. Even simple to program. However, I would suggest that you put the instructions for how to add and delete codes in the instruction manual. We had to look this up separately. It would be helpful to have it in the box!

Being able to assign different codes for different people is a great feature. Quality build and anticipate many years of daily use.
