When I encountered a problem after over 5 years of use, Schlage stood behind their product and supported the repair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only does this lock come with a convenient and easy to use app that lets me check to make sure my door is locked from anywhere in the world, it also pairs with my Ring security alarm and I can perform all of its functions from inside of Ring as well. The only issue is that since the keypad is the same color as the numbers, when it is dark out, I often screw up the code at first because the numbers don’t light until you press one. Apart from that it adds a classy and modern touch to the entryway of our home.
