Good product with easy code changes

Easy to use and secure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in December and love it. I can program individual codes for family and can see when a code is used. If I want to let someone into my home while I’m away I can unlock the door remotely! I can see when they leave and the door is locked.

Great Lock!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love Love Love my lock and use for my Airbnb in Florida. Only recently I purchased a new modem/router combo and apparently have totally screwed up the lock!! It’s been 2 months and cannot speak with anyone regarding this issue that does not let me save access codes. Also connects and disconnects off and on throughout the day so at this time cannot depend on it for my guests staying. Called twice and on hold for over 45 minutes so hung up phone. I’m assuming it’s because I changed modems/router (that’s suppose to be stronger and better than previous) but have tried everything and no luck at this point to having it access my guest:(
