Front door lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently upgraded our front door to the Schlage Encode Smart WiFi Deadbolt in the Camelot style, and it has been one of the best home improvements we’ve made. The classic Camelot design looks elegant on our door, while the smart features give us today’s convenience and security.
Installation was surprisingly easy — no extra hub required. It connected directly to our Wi-Fi and synced with the Schlage app in just a few minutes. We can now lock and unlock the door from anywhere, which is incredibly helpful when we have guests arriving or packages being dropped off.
The touchscreen keypad is bright, responsive, and easy to use even at night. We love being able to create unique access codes for family members, babysitters, or friends — and then monitor when they come and go through the activity log. The auto-lock feature adds extra peace of mind, especially during busy mornings.
Build quality is excellent — the lock feels solid and secure. The Camelot trim adds a nice traditional look while still being packed with smart tech. Battery life has been good, and the app alerts us when it starts running low.
The only minor downside is that the motorized lock sound is a little noticeable, but not disruptive.
Overall, the Schlage Encode Smart WiFi Deadbolt blends style, security, and smart functionality beautifully. It’s a reliable upgrade for any home.

Beautiful design and easy to install

Online support (Q&A) quickly answered the one question I had. The Schlage Home app was easy to download, install, and set up. Very pleased with the entire process and product.

Great Deadbolt with Wireless connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Schlage lock was easy to install and use. The app made it easy to setup and create codes for other individuals to use. It was also able to update the locks firmware. It took multiple attempts for it to complete the firmware update but once it did the locks functionality is wonderful.

Super Easy installation!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not a handy person, but this was easy to install even for me! From opening the box and reading instructions, I used online instructions with videos! (That was awesome) the whole project took me about a hour. The app and setting up with Alexa took about 10 minutes tops! So easy so smooth. I had another Schlage door lock that was just electric. It lasted for almost 17 years! Never an issue. Actually moved it to my side garage door. See how many more years it will last. This lock even looks nice on my door. I’m glad Schlage still makes the Camelot style! I didn’t have to replace my 17 year old door handle. It still looks great!
