My pin pad does not work

Now the pin pad doesn't work. I have spent hours and hours trying to fix it and we gave up on it now. Probably the most disappointing product in our house.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock is easy to use and has excellent security!! Battery life is decent considering how it functions. Only wish is for a rechargeable battery pack. Overall it’s a very well built product!!
