When it works its great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit when it works works really well the setup of adding users and giving them time frames for people helping you around your house or a cleaning person. Awesome! But it keeps crashing the software every time it tries to do a update for the software. I'm on my second unit from warranty and it's doing the same thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The smart lock works well, easy to use. The most inconvenient part is that it can not connect to Apple Home which is the most common smart home device control app.
