A Lifesaver!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I rent rooms in my house and I love this lock! Not only do I not have to constantly make keys, but this takes away the worry of keys being duplicated without my permission. Everyone can have their own unique number and it only takes seconds to add and you can monitor who is coming in and out and even set it up to give you notifications. It's so perfect too because with all the roommates coming and going it's easy to accidently get locked out and with this you never have to worry and the app shows you how much battery life you have left so it's literally a worry free, safe option for a lock. Pretty easy to install and hook up to the app! Would recommend to anyone who has multiple people living in the house and is way too cool to have their life bothered by a key!

The only improvement I could ask for is the speed at which the door unlocks after entering the code. If I’m in a hurry, it’s annoying because if I try to open it too quickly, I have to start over

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Schlage smartlocks for years. They used a separate Bluetooth adapter to connect to wifi. I was always disappointed at the time it took to connect and adjust user codes and it was often offline despite strong wifi signals. Both of my locks have recently started draining batteries in a matter of a few weeks...apparently because the adapter was failing. I just replaced one of the locks with the newer Sense model that has wifi built in to try it out. What an improvement! It was easy to switch out the lock since it was compatible with the old latch. The lock was much quieter an much more responsive. Adding users was much easier as the app was able to connect much faster through wifi. I hated to change out what was otherwise a functioning lock, but I am happy with the improvements.

Very Good When Working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is great the way that they communicate with the app, and that I don’t have to pull out my keys to get in. Also good for seeing when contractors come and go. But 2 of these have now failed electronically, but fortunately Schlage replaced them promptly.
