High Tech Doorbell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this product for 5 months. It was built in when we got the home and it’s been great! I love the app where you can set it to auto lock and it notifies you if it’s been unlocked or lock (which you can turn any of those things off). I also love that you can still use a key to get in if for some reason it’s not working but had no issues with that. It lets you know if the battery is getting low. Ours takes 4 AA batteries.i hope we can get one for our garage!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The whole family loves the convenience of not needing a key and just putting in a code to come in the house. We have had our Encode Smart WiFi Deadbolt for several years, but unfortunately it has been dying a slow painful death. The touchpad stopped working a few times during severe heat so we thought the heat caused it to stop. We could still use the app to unlock the door, but somehow it would always start working again a day or so later. Whether the heat and sun caused the damage I’m not sure, but now it died again in cold weather, so I think it’s time for a new one. Just wish it would have stood up to the weather better.

Very long battery life, good lock

Sometimes a little slow to send notifications, sometimes I get an alert in the middle of the night that the door is locked when I haven't touched the door for hours, and I live by myself. That tends to make me nervous...but it seems to just be a glitch with this lock. Other than that the batteries last for years and it does a very good job.

Love these locks for our Vacation Rental Units

Our property management software will even do it automatically! No more guests arriving early or leaving late. Best of all we have a trail of all use saved!
