Good in theory but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compatible with door and overall system however the user friendly aspect Is not good. Our lock regularly disconnects from WiFi and we have to go through the entire setup/install process which is not entirely easy. Overall satisfied and would buy again and recommend if Schlage can figure out how to make it more user friendly for opening remotely and setting up.

Convenience at its best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was pretty easy for a person who is mechanically inclined. I did have to watch a 4 minute Youtube video and in about 20ish minutes it was done.
