This was very easy to install and simple to create, or change your pass code. Connecting to our wifi was seamless. The feature that alerts you someone has accessed the door is an added bonus to us.

Easy to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The smart lock was so easy to install. We had horror stories of people trying to install it and taking forever and we’re worried about it but we installed the whole thing in 20 minutes.

Expensive lock, nothing to prevent moisture, 1 key

One of these locks came on the house I bought a few years ago, 3 years into owning the house it started having issues because of the humidity where I live allowing moisture to build up on the inside of the lock and on the circuit board causing corrosion and the circuit board to eventually short out, it does not come with any kind of seal for the outside part of the lock where it presses against the door, so when I bought a new one today I had to make one myself to hopefully prevent the moisture build up issue in the future.
I think only being given one key for the lock, especiallyfor the price of the lock, when most if not all other regular locks I have bought always came with 2 or more keys, I now will have to find a store that can make more schlage keys for the lock so my family can also have a key incase there is a situation where the batteries die or the lock's circuit board fails again, if the previous home owner hadn't lost their key to the old lock I would never have gotten a new one.
I am hoping that with the seal I added to prevent outside air from getting to the internals of the lock that no moisture will be able to build up inside of it and it will last significantly longer. Would have rated 3 or 4 stars but when I opened the box and saw it only came with 1 key for the price I paid, it made me feel like schlage expects the electronic parts of this lock to last forever with no issues but did nothing in the design to protect the internal electronics from the moisture of a humid environment.

Schlage Made Perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smart lock has basically enhanced my security as well as assisted with temporary mobility issues. I can open the door remotely for guests and deliveries which has been a tremendous help! Forever a Schlager!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it. I can control it any time I need to and anywhere I need to. If I feel like I forgot to lock the door. I got to app and lock it. But over all I love it. Will be putting 1 on back door as well. Installation was quick fact and easy. And key pad it easy to access.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this product very much. I am able to use an app to lock or unlock. This is useful for me in case I have a family members over. I have odd working hours and I can unlock the door while I'm at work. I love this very much
