Great smart lock with excellent security

The compatibility is great because it works well with my existing door and smart-home setup. The connectivity is reliable, and I can control and monitor the lock from my phone without issues. Installation was straightforward, and the interface is simple and easy to understand. Most importantly, the security features give me confidence that my home is protected while still making it easy to get in and out. Overall, the Schlage Encode is a high-quality smart lock that I would definitely recommend.

Easy installation & serup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation is easy. This is our second one and we did have to get a replacement for the first one from the company because of a defect. That would be our only complaint is the very first one we bought did not work properly. We got it replaced without too much issue and it worked well for several years.

Good in theory but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compatible with door and overall system however the user friendly aspect Is not good. Our lock regularly disconnects from WiFi and we have to go through the entire setup/install process which is not entirely easy. Overall satisfied and would buy again and recommend if Schlage can figure out how to make it more user friendly for opening remotely and setting up.

Convenience at its best
