Easy to Install and WORKS

I am a first time home owner and was nervous to try the install by myself. Needless to say, the step by step instructions were super intuitive and easy to understand. Our house feels safe and secure with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rented a house in Florida this winter with this lock. Could not wait to install one at my home. Very easy install, great for programing and app works great. Was easy to have re-keyed to my other locks at home.

Battery eh...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with the lock but very confused with battery. Its always low evem after changing the battery and I am not sure what's wrong. I just moved in not to long ago so I am going tk try to work patiently to resolve the issue but if it continues to stop working because of battery, I will only give 2 star

Good lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a good lock. The first e I purchased had a blemish in the front, so I had to return it for a new one. Installation was straightforward. Unfortunately, didn’t cover the footprint of the prior lock, and the door had been painted. So…I had to sand and repaint the area. Existing holes in my door jamb didn’t allow the strike plate to line up properly, so I had to file the opening. Easy WiFi setup.
