Having the ability to assign codes to friends and family as well as using the app to control the lock is great. Highly recommend!

BEST method of protection & safety w/kids @ hm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids would leave for school in the morning and forget to lock the door! I would be asleep because of the hours I work and would wake up to find the doors unlocked. The Schlage Encode Smart Lock was the solution to my problem!!! It is programmed to lock in 1 minute after the door is closed. Now I wake up and my doors are ALWAYS deadbolt locked! Thank you Schlage!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dogs figured out how to open all outside doors in my home. The auto lock feature is literally a life saver! Now, the dogs aren’t able to open the doors because they lock themselves when anyone walks in our out. Great product!

An opportunity for improvement would be to let you know where the programming code is at the last instruction step. ( it is on the back cover of the instructions)

Best lock for ease and remote access

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock was easy to install and complete the programming as well as setting up with the Wi-Fi. I have this in several properties and enjoy the ease of being able to access everything remotely It also pairs with the Airbnb app to auto set codes for guests. I won't install anything else at this point. The only downfall is the black background is hard to see the numbers people often hit the (( )) which the lock grabs as a "5" I would recommend the lighter colored background.
