Unreachable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as I return home from the 400 mile trip to install and program the unit, it became unreachable to the 2.4 GHzWi-Fi. Signal is strong and all other WiFi connections remain connected including thermostat.
The apparent fix is to rent a car drive back up again. Hope to follow up on the fix and maybe cause because the concept is excellent.

Works after taking a beating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family is rough on things and this lock has been able to stand up to them over time. I like receiving notifications when different users unlock the door so I know when my kids get home safely. It’s convenient to be able to add other user passwords remotely when I’m on vacation and need help from a neighbor, I can make a new code and turn it off after they leave. I’ve been using this lock for a month or two now. I know it will last a long time. The last Schlage lock I had didn’t have the WiFi access so I upgraded when the mechanism motor went caput after 5+ years. The lock was quick and easy to install and program.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this lock, I downloaded the app a can open or close from anywhere. I can ask Alexa to lock my door. I can see my battery life. I have bags in my hand I can open from my phone and just go in. I’m inlove with my lock. They did a great job .. just imagine key code an app
