Not bad - room for improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well but the battery function could be improved in colder weather. It also has an issue with locks freezing and needing to be rebooted to unlock. Not the best for a vacation rental with late night checkin.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great - when it works

They gave us a replacement one, but I cannot do anything with it through the app. I get alerts when it opens or closes, but I unfortunately don’t have all of the usual functionality with this one.
