Easy and reliable security lock

This was my first time installing a smart door lock and a dead bolt lock system myself. The instructions really guided me through step by step every bit of the way to complete the job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great. Greasy or sweaty fingerprints will stay revealed on the keypad. Took a few attempts to connect. Doesn't work with our particular home security company's system. However, the app and the lock are overall a great product.

I like the convenience of using this product - easy to unlock when i arrive home! Plus has the added benefit of codes for family members or guests to enter the home while i am away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with the product. I heard the alarm for the first time and it started me. It was because the door was not completely closing. Minor adjustments and.the problem is fixed. I am glad it let me know my door was not securely locked. I love the access when opening and closing. Also when it lets me know when someone else is coming in.
