Great lock but got a bad batch

Easy Installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Might have been the easiest door lock installation I've ever done. The battery tray slides in so easy and but doesn't seem to snap or lock in place, not sure if thats by design or not, but everything works, (and getting the battery pack out of my prior Schlage was a pain in the butt, so I'm thinking this is an improvement.

Lock great, APP sucks. Unable to use smart feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lock was easy to install, looks nice, functions well, BUT, the app and any “smart” functionality is useless. When I try to sign in it’ll say password or email doesn’t match. If I choose forgot password, it sent me a validation code ONCE. Then said validation code expired after I immediately entered it. Have not been able to get it to send another. Deleted and reinstalled app. Nothing. After trying for several days now I’ve given up.
