[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Genuinely easy to setup and use. Far easier than hoping your kids don't lose their key. Allows custom codes for anyone visiting your house and quickly disable codes after use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These locks are incredibly easy to program and maintain. The app is user friendly. The security of these locks has been great. I love the remote control ability and the ease to change codes. The WiFi works well and I never have connection issues.

Good but glitches with connectivity & virtual key

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock is frustrating with the virtual keys. The access code methods works great. Connecting over wifi is not as good for guest users; fine for admin. Ive had to reset it twice to factory defaults though because it's battery ran down, it lost connectivity with the wifi and after I installed new batteries it wouldn't connect to the app.
