[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using it for years without issues. Compared to Yale locks, the battery lasts way longer and doesn't have annoying reoccuring calibration that needs to happen.

Perfect Upgrade

The hardware was easy to install, looks great, and the app was intuitive to use and easy to setup. I’m looking forward to incorporating it with my Ring system and planning on adding an Encode plus on another entry.

Love this new Encode

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much better than the keypad it replaced that needed a hub. Simpler to add codes and just found out I can automatically set it to lock at night!

Locks suck

If I could give this lock a negative star rating I would give it a Infinity negative star. I have worked all day on my day off trying to get it to connect to Wi-Fi. Do yourself a favor and don't buy schlage

Easy to install, easy to use

We enjoy how this lock can be managed through the app. Having access to the log of users that unlocked the door is a useful tool to understand our security.
