A Product You Can Depend On

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation of the product was fairly easy. The hardest part was just getting the unit connected with the app and setting up others with the ability to use the app as well. I like the professional look the lock has. I also like knowing when the door is being locked and unlocked it gives me a sense of feeling secure. The compatibility for the unit was good. So overall I would definitely recommend this product to other people.

Great lock, but trepidatios

Only giving it a 4 so far as after a year of great operation from a similar encode product installed a year ago. That lock just recently started going through batteries at a rate of 4 a day, obviously has some internal short. It was great before that..
