[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation directions were easy connected to the Internet with no problems like the sturdiness of Schlage locks. Only con is wish the design had where you could see if it was locked or unlocked.

Easy to install, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We chose this lock for its versatility and design. It took less than 30 minutes to install (would have been less if directions were read). We enjoy how this lock can be managed through the app. Having access to the log of users that unlocked the door is a useful tool to understand our security.

Locks suck

If I could give this lock a negative star rating I would give it a Infinity negative star. I have worked all day on my day off trying to get it to connect to Wi-Fi. Do yourself a favor and don't buy schlage

Love this new Encode

Perfect Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock was an upgrade after an old Schlage lever lock had stopped working. The hardware was easy to install, looks great, and the app was intuitive to use and easy to setup. I’m looking forward to incorporating it with my Ring system and planning on adding an Encode plus on another entry.
