This is the brand to buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. After using another brand (sounds like an Ivy league school) the difference is night and day.
Video animation instructions plus a well written manual! The parts are solid, the other brand the internal parts were defective despite having to get a replacement
Has a backup key too.
Easy to program
I am a Schlage fan for life.

Great upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this lock. Looks very beautiful and classy. Works very well. Only two downsides - seems to drain battery quicker than expected and also the latch does not retract all the way from the outside handle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Peace of mind

Now I can work in my office with the peace of mind that only my clients can enter as needed. I don’t have to interrupt my work to open the door or worry that a stranger will come in while I’m working alone. I also love that I can see from the app if someone were to access the door while I’m away.

Best lever lock I’ve ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had trouble with 2 previous deadbolt keyless entries provided by my security alarm company, and I had trouble with them both. Once the security company replaced it with the Schlage deadbolt that matches this, I loved the look so much that I went out and purchased this keyless lever in the same finish and style.
I am thrilled with the look, technology and ease of use of both of my Schlage locks!
All locks I have used with the slide up battery compartment are too close to use if there is a deadbolt above it. So I was able to just mount the interior plate of this lock (but not the handle) upside down. Now I can pull the battery mechanism down to change the batteries, and the outer keypad still stays in its upright position. ;)
And the batteries are SO EASY to change. I’ve had other locks that required a provided device to unscrew the cover. With this, you just slide off the cover, slide out the battery mechanism and change the batteries.
Beautiful, great features and easy to install and to use, whether I operate it from the keypad or from the app. (There are other ways to operate it, but these are the 2 that I use.)
