The app setup is very specific as we initially set it up without wifi (i.e. via Bluetooth), but then it refused to update firmware (takes 15 mins to tell you it failed) and we couldn't connect to wifi (2.4 connection only).
At least the factory reset was straightforward and then the wifi connection worked fine when it's done during initial setup.

Would be nice if the pass-through lock feature could be controlled through the app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock is well made the instructions are easy to follow maybe 15 minutes max to install the lock easy program to set up and when you’re 77 years old, even the simple things seem hard, but this was very easy

The ease of changing the lock codes for each renter is such a plus!
Definitely buy it again!

Beautiful and Secure

It is beautiful, secure, and highly convenient as I can lock and unlock the door using my iphone. As someone who is disabled, this is of tremendous benefit to me. I love the extra security features as well as the asthetic.
