I just bought this a few weeks ago and it was such a great doorknob to invest in. It makes me feel 10x more safe and is so much easier than just using a key! I highly recommend this product or honestly any of their keypad doorknob products !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a locksmith and I have to work with keypad locks all the time. I honestly hate it so much because I can never find adequate programming instructions. This lock is an exception. The programming software is so straightforward and easy to understand. There is a whole flow chart sheet that shows you how to perform any function of the programming. The only suggestion I have is that maybe instead of using stickers to show the programming code, y’all could start stamping the code into the plastic piece on the back of the lock. Maybe that would be too expensive or not very practical, but I often have a problem with people removing that sticker or the sticker gets scratched off. It makes it nearly impossible to reprogram. But this is rare. Overall, great lock, great security, great software. I love these locks more and more every time I work with them.
