Software glitch when switching to a new door
on October 18, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock works well when it works, but after a few years I swapped it to a different door which requires operating in the opposite direction. Resetting it and installing according to the instructions worked fine, but after 5-10 lock/unlock cycles it gets confused and reverts to the original direction, so it's impossible to lock the door from the outside. Tried several times, will try support and if there's not an easy fix I will replace with another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
