Pretty long-lived, but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used these keypad handles at 3 doors at our home and they’ve lived long lives mostly. I’m updating to the pad-style now but the buttons have a flaw that made me shelve the current model. The number buttons are captive to a membrane under the faceplate and when daily use creates enough stress, the often-used button pops out and the keypad is left disabled (unless you have a backup code that uses a different button that is present).
I would recommend this to a friend!

We love this lock system!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Schlage door knob and lock at our old house and we recently bought a new, larger home for our family. The people that lived here before us have used the typical door knobs and locks with keys. It has been difficult giving access to those that help take care of our kids and dogs to our house. This product is amazing and has already served us well over the 10 years we lived at our old house. We had it on all of our doors and plan to do the same at our new house.

Very convenient for workshop/studio.
