Solid electronic lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In our non-pro organization we switch from Yale to Schlage because of it clean/elegant features. But recently, one of your unit simply stopped working. Replaced batteries, added lubricant and checked all the wires but still no luck. I just went to the store and got a new one. Over all great product.
