Lock with Confidence

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Schlage lock. We love the ability to enable lock codes for our dog sitter, family and friends to allow entry when we are away. We always feel confident when we leave home. It also allows us to leave our house and not have to carry an actual key.

Very disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very poor quality for As-is. No parts list, no instructions on how to install/program the keypad, no key for the lock, parts have sloppy movement. Not sure if all the parts are here, I know that there is no key with the lock. 4 of the numbers on the keypad are not even recognizable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed two of these locks, the installation was a breeze with the holding plate that held the outer section in place while I installed the inner section, and programming was very easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fairly simple to install as this is an exact replacement of the one I already had. Difficult to tuck the wires in the small space allotted. Old lock exactly the same but would not hold a new code and the former homeowner lost the key also.
