Super handy just wish the latch lasted longer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like these kind of door handles, it makes it super handy to give out the code in case someone needs to get into our house if we aren’t around. The only problem I’ve had with these is the latch mechanism gets hung up or breaks which if you have the key it’s fine and will open the door but the recent issue was the handle was stuck down which made the door stay open due to the latch being stuck. This is my 3rd setup and we use these at work also but the biggest downside is the latch mechanism

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it a month ago after extensive research and have been very happy with it. Easy to install and use. The ability to set individual door codes has been great for family members and my cat sitter.
