Cannot get it to connect to wifi!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My keyless entry lock had to be replaced in less than a year. But installation of a new lock was efficient and relatively fast. However, the rep/ workman did not have the knowledge to reprogram.
And I have success with locking on keypad but not opening the door. Still investigating what the problem happens to be.
Could use more support to troubleshoot.
