Made well and easy installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to program and hubby said it wasn’t hard to install. It is simple to use and made well! We thought it was electric lock, our fault for not realizing it. You have to manually lock and unlock the door after punching in the code. But that is simple…was just use to the electronic ones that locked automatically. Definitely recommend if you don’t mind it not being automatic

Not good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After about four or five years, the latch assembly failed. And considering all the loops you have to jump through and you don’t even get to talk to a person, it’s disheartening. However, with the faith I have in Schlage, I went and bought another one while I am waiting for Schlage to make an assessment on the lock with the lifetime warranty. That’s the only problem I have ever had with this manufacturer.
