Easy Install / Schlage Quality

I love the ease of installation, the quality of the lockset, and the features provided ... especially the key override should you forget thee PIN or forget to change the battery once in a great while.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this yesterday and it is very easy to put in except for one part- there is nothing to make sure the door closes after installation. We are figuring it out by grinding down the door jamb, but there is nothing in the installation guide. Also the phone line has 20 min wait time
